*This means that tenants in the house can not rent out both units and then sublet either unit to a non-family member. We may consider such an arrangement upon discussion. No short term rentals, please.

Our ideal candidates will have integrity, be responsible, communicate clearly and in a timely fashion, and be good neighbors. They might have pets, and this is something we will consider on a case by case basis. Please note that we prefer no more than two vehicles for the house and one vehicle for the (on street with permit) parking for the apartment.
About Your Landlords
We want to provide new tenants with a nice place to live and we take being landlords very seriously. We recognize that we are providing a home to members of our community. We respond promptly, and care about our tenants and their well being. We’ve owned this home since 1993, raised our daughters here and had a nice family living there since 2018. We’ve priced both units as below market rate as we can to manage the costs of the property and our required income.
